WPR Wins PRCA Workplace Champions 2023

WPR has been named as the PRCA Workplace Champions large agency winner for 2023.

Celebrating the leading places to work, live and thrive in the UK’s PR industry, the PRCA Workplace Champions awards highlight agencies and in-house teams that go the extra mile to establish positive, inclusive working environments.

When selecting winners, the judges take into consideration a wide range of factors, including how teams are valued and rewarded, training and development opportunities, the approach to diversity, equity and inclusion, and wider positive impact. To be successful, organisations must also demonstrate their commitment to ensuring colleagues at all levels are heard and respected.

Jane Ainsworth, managing director, said: “We never lose sight of the fact that it is our brilliant team that makes WPR the agency it is. Our people-first approach began over 30 years ago and has only become more important as we’ve grown.

“The PRCA judges particularly loved our people, purpose, planet ethos, through which we’ve embedded a raft of commitments designed to ensure WPR is a place where people thrive professionally and personally. It is hugely rewarding to get this recognition that we’re achieving what we set out to: making WPR a place which genuinely champions its team.”
