An experienced communications strategist who was named as one of the most influential and respected leaders in the PRWeek UK Power Book 2021, Jane works across a wide spectrum of industries ranging from retail to hospitality, with client experience spanning the likes of Oxfam, Greene King, John Lewis, Mothercare, Westfield, National Trust and Volvo.
Having joined WPR as a graduate, Jane acquired the agency in 2015, preserving our status as an independently owned consultancy. A former CIPR Young Communicator of the Year, Jane has helped the agency to win more than 100 awards, making us one of the most decorated agencies in the UK.
Client Experience Director
Since joining WPR more than 20 years ago, Jo has worked with some of the best-known B2B and B2C brands in the UK. This includes the consultancy’s very first client, Triton Showers, which is still with us after 25 years. These days, Jo is responsible for all aspects of client care, as well as supporting teams with service delivery and best-practice guidance.
Tom’s client base spans a variety of sectors, from engineering and manufacturing through to building products, heating and ventilation. He is particularly skilled at bringing technical subject matter to life, helping WPR’s clients reach defined audiences by generating engaging content and then using digital techniques to target, engage and convert customers. His ‘issues-based’ approach refocuses PR and marketing campaigns away from product pushing and towards a more empathetic, customer-centric strategy.
A specialist in consumer PR, Rebecca has almost 20 years’ experience in the FMCG, retail, leisure and automotive industries.
Rebecca joined WPR in 2017 as consumer director and quickly progressed to director. People are her passion, which is why she is responsible for everything ‘team’. From attending every first interview through to assigning account teams to new clients, arranging weekly Learning Lunches, organising agency catch-ups every Friday over wine and Wotsits, creating annual training plans and leading the biannual appraisal process, Rebecca generally ensures WPR’s people are the happiest they can be!
Finance and Operations Director
Don is responsible for every aspect of financial management at WPR, leading a team of specialists including senior finance assistant Nic Grant. From making sure we have the correct purchase orders and monthly fee invoices in place to liaising with purchasing teams and suppliers, Don and his team are always available to help, whatever the query.
Senior Creative Director
Dan has almost a decade’s experience in PR and events, working across a range of household names including Oxfam, Beaverbrooks and Drayton Manor Park. He is responsible for the development and delivery of some of WPR’s most memorable and results-driven client campaigns. These include the award-winning Glitter Gravy stunt for family pub brand Hungry Horse, which went truly viral and delivered record levels of earned coverage across social, print and broadcast channels.
Since joining WPR over five years ago, Dan has built a network of media contacts that is second to none. In 2020, he was invited to sit on the panel at Christmas in July’s virtual festival, alongside Homebase and Paperchase, where he presented to 170 national, consumer and lifestyle journalists about the changing media landscape and gifting trends. In addition to media liaison, Dan is responsible for providing strategic guidance and crisis management support for a variety of consumer clients.
SENIOR CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR
The 2019 CIPR Midlands Outstanding Young Communicator of the Year, Jade has a decade’s experience in PR, specialising in the retail, charity and leisure sectors. She works on a roster of high-profile clients, including Fujifilm, PDSA, Volvo and Warner Leisure Hotels, and has won 11 awards to date in her career.
Jade has been with WPR since 2012, after graduating from Oxford University, progressing from graduate executive to director in just five years. She is now responsible for managing and providing strategic guidance to clients across a number of integrated accounts. Jade oversees all of the services WPR has to offer, knitting teams together to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget – and ensuring KPIs are smashed.
Senior Client Services DIRECTOR
Andy specialises in delivering integrated communications campaigns with a firm focus on lead generation. He leads on accounts operating across a variety of B2B sectors, from manufacturing and industrial automation through to foodservice, environmental technology and construction, specialising in developing content for highly technical subject areas.
He joined WPR as an intern after graduating from university in 2012 and worked his way up to account director within six years. In recent years, Andy has played a key role in developing our video offering as well as planning and executing a number of international campaigns across Europe and the USA.
Senior Client Services Director
Natalie has a solid background in B2B PR having worked in the industry for more than ten years. Over that time, she has delivered campaigns for a number of leading brands in the energy, building products, manufacturing and health and safety sectors. These include the likes of Aggreko, Wolseley, 3M, Baxi and REHAU.
Having built up her core skillset studying journalism at university, Natalie is well equipped to help her clients tell compelling stories across platforms in various formats, delivering tangible metrics. Natalie is passionate about developing campaigns with cut-through and takes a creative, yet strategic, approach to every brief she is presented.
Senior Client Services Director
With 10 years’ experience in a variety of specialist B2B sectors including foodservice, HVAC, manufacturing, engineering and building products, Rob has a proven track record of devising campaigns capable of making a tangible impact on a business’s bottom line. Having worked with leading global brands including Bosch, Electrolux Professional, REHAU and Office Depot, Rob leads a team well-versed in creating high quality content which can be used across multiple channels to educate, build trust, generate leads and enhance the customer experience. Senior Social Media Strategy Director
Alex has eight years’ experience in the comms industry, specialising in B2B markets. She is responsible for devising and implementing strategies that increase her clients’ presence and, ultimately, improve their bottom line.
A specialist in LinkedIn and Facebook for niche markets, Alex’s aim is to ensure WPR’s portfolio of B2B clients are kept ahead of the curve when it comes to social media marketing. Working closely with WPR’s content and PR professionals, Alex helps build a channel-neutral approach that ensures high-quality content is deployed to the target audience wherever they spend their time online, with the overall aim of driving brand awareness and action.
Social Media and Creative Services Director
Liz joined WPR in 2021 with 10 years’ experience in social media, having worked in-house for a number of prominent national and international brands. At WPR Liz leads the B2C social media team, working on accounts spanning the hospitality, recruitment and trade industries.
Liz aims to use her strategic expertise, creativity and commitment to support and develop her team, to delight clients and to build strong relationships with both current and future businesses.
With more than a decade’s experience in PR and events, Rachael specialises in developing and delivering creative campaigns for some of WPR’s leading consumer clients. These include Redrow, Volvo and Care UK – the UK’s largest independent provider of health and social care. As well as imparting strategic advice to clients with nationwide outlets, Rachael has a network of press contacts that is second to none. Her hands-on approach means she knows how to capture the attention of both the national and regional press, and where best to place a story for maximum effect.
Paid Media Director
Emma, who heads up the paid media team at WPR, joined in 2019 and has since launched Greene King and The Fry Family Company’s first digital OOH and TV campaigns. With nine years’ experience, she previously worked at a global agency and gained a wealth of paid media knowledge.
Servicing a number of clients in sectors such as finance, leisure, travel and medical science, Emma implements media strategies across a number of platforms and channels including social media, PPC, programmatic display and content partnerships. Emma is responsible for the entire paid media life cycle, from strategy and planning to implementation and reporting, ultimately demonstrating the difference the paid media programme has made to a client’s bottom line.
Client Services Director
Nick has worked in PR since 2014 and holds both agency and in-house experience, spending a number of years at an international law firm. Nick joined WPR in 2018, and successfully managed Aggreko’s first data centre campaign – Mission Critical – which picked up the Best B2B Campaign accolade at the PRCA DARE Awards 2021.
Specialising in a range of B2B fields, including manufacturing, hospitality and professional services, Nick has managed a variety of successful campaigns for leading brands, such as Legrand, Lloyd’s Register and Warwick Conferences.
Specialising in consumer PR, Beth has seven years’ experience in the home, lifestyle and retail sectors. Having started her career in a digital and PR hybrid role, Beth has experience of developing and implementing PR strategies that maximise both online and offline channels. Demonstrating a hands-on approach, Beth has built an enviable list of media contacts throughout her career, spanning national and regional titles.
At WPR, Beth works with brands including Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery, Greene King and Redrow Homes, ensuring both strategic campaign and day-to-day activity is effectively executed so brands reach the right people at the right time.
Pip has over 20 years’ experience in marketing and communications, gained through agency and in-house roles across a variety of industries. As WPR’s marketing director she is responsible for making sure we practise what we preach, communicating what we offer and sharing the stories of our success with as much passion as we demonstrate for our clients.
She took on her current role in 2021 but Pip has known the WPR team for many years, having first joined for a student placement during her PR degree and then beginning her career here as graduate account executive over two decades ago.
Our in-house design team is led by senior graphic designer George Moss. George has eight years of commercial design experience, working in agency and in-house roles for brands known internationally. George is always keen to push the boundaries of design to produce creatives that surpass client expectations. He believes a good concept is just as important as the execution, which is why the design team works closely with the wider agency to blend inspired ideas with aesthetic impact.
Paid Social Director
Rob is a paid social performance marketing specialist with seven years’ experience buying media across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and, more recently, TikTok for both major B2C and B2B brands.
Using a data driven approach, Rob delivers holistic, results orientated paid social strategy with a focus on direct response revenue and lead generation for clients.
Keenly aware of the fast-moving social landscape, Rob prides himself on being able to translate marketing best practice to the latest social media platforms to move the needle for clients’ businesses.
Senior PPC Manager
Andy is a certified Google Ads and Bing Ads professional and has been responsible for delivering pay-per-click campaigns nationally and internationally, managing sizeable monthly budgets. He has eight years of experience working within both an agency environment and as part of an in-house marketing team.
Andy is a specialist in website conversion rate optimisation and has an expert knowledge of Google Analytics reporting, using that data to pinpoint potential business growth.
Senior Content Manager
Tom is a content specialist with five years’ experience in B2B PR and publishing. Before joining WPR, he worked with clients in facilities management, corporate real estate, workplace design, technology and financial services.
Specialising in long-form research reports and white papers, Tom turns technical subject matter into accessible campaign content that helps to generate leads and position clients as industry thought leaders.
Tom works across WPR’s B2B portfolio, supporting the team with campaign messaging, research and content creation.
Senior PR Manager
Passionate about storytelling, Rebecca has seven years’ experience working across consumer and B2B accounts in the food and drink, toy, e-commerce, retail, beauty, health, property and legal sectors.
From delivering UK launches in the capital for some of the world’s best-known consumer brands to executing engaging strategies to get clients noticed for the right reasons, Rebecca has a strong eye for a good news hook and enjoys translating the emotive desires of her clients into results that solve commercial challenges.
At WPR, Rebecca works across brands including Beaverbrooks, Greene King, Camping in the Forest, The Fry Family Food Co. and Baxi, ensuring a tenacious and hands-on approach in managing impactful campaigns and day-to-day activity for all clients.
Senior Social Media Manager
Imogen joined WPR in 2019 and rose swiftly up the ranks. Prior to joining the team, she spent four years working in communications, specialising in social media for clients in the charity, leisure, construction, property, and food and drink industries. Imogen has worked with a number of high-profile clients including Greene King, Pyrex, Continental, Tarmac and REHAU throughout her time at WPR.
Imogen, who is a Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate, is responsible for implementing social media content strategies for both B2B and B2C, while also managing reactive opportunities, campaigns and acting as a main point of contact for clients.
In her own time, Imogen recently completed a photography course through The Open University, to help clients capture moments and share them across online communications.
Senior Social Media Manager
Kirsten joined WPR in 2021 with five years’ experience in social media, delivering predominantly B2C campaigns within the construction and retail sectors. Working with high profile brands such as McDonald’s, the Cabinet Office and Bosch Professional, her consumer-focussed approach utilises social platforms to their advantage, creating engaged audiences ripe for re-targeting.
Specialising in delivering social-first campaigns, Kirsten now works in WPR’s social media team with the aim of turning brand messaging and objectives into engaging content that brands and consumers will enjoy alike.
Senior Social Media Manager
Natalie joined the B2B social team at WPR in 2021. She originally developed her passion for creativity and content writing while completing her first-class degree in English Language and Journalism at De Montfort University. Embarking on a marketing career after graduation, Natalie has gained a wealth of knowledge in using social media effectively for B2B and consumer brands, having worked in agencies and in-house.
Results-focussed, Natalie is a huge believer in purpose-driven social media content powered by a clear strategy. At WPR, her keen eye for detail and enthusiasm for staying abreast of the latest social trends drives impressive outcomes for her clients.
Senior PR Manager
Ricco arrived at WPR in 2021, bringing with him more than a decade’s agency experience. During his career to date, he has worked across industries such as plumbing and heating, construction and building, and engineering and manufacturing, gaining valuable knowledge of these specialist areas, including in sub-sectors such as die casting, surface plating and finishing.
Experienced in global campaigns, product launches, whitepapers and long form thought leadership, social media and media relations, Ricco now works on WPR’s B2B team.
Senior PR Manager
An NCTJ-qualified journalist, Ed possesses a keen eye for language and communication. With seven years’ content creation experience, he is proficient in writing for a variety of audiences and to a high level of technical detail.
Ed’s key strengths lie in press relations, coverage generation and breaking down complex topics to create compelling content and collateral. He has contributed to award-nominated campaigns, adapting client messaging across the B2B sphere to appeal to multiple audiences in eye-catching fashion.
Since becoming an NCTJ-qualified sports journalist in 2014, Grant has worked as a sub-editor for national and regional newspaper publications and provided content for The Guardian and The Mail. He brought this experience to WPR in 2017, implementing new content-checking processes including the creation of a company-wide style guide.
Grant proofreads a variety of B2B and B2C content, from social content plans and press releases to white papers and website copy. No social media post is seen by the public until Grant has set eyes on it and checked for typos and budget errors.
Since joining WPR as a graduate account executive in February 2018, Céline has developed an in-depth knowledge of regional media and a strong track record of delivering high-quality coverage for a host of clients in the retail and leisure sector.
Her experience includes managing community outreach programmes for the likes of Redrow Homes, alongside regional and national brand awareness campaigns for Care UK, National Trust and Greene King.
Henna is an experienced SEO professional with extensive all-round knowledge and a specialism in local SEO. In 2021 she joined WPR to lead the SEO team, working with new and existing clients to connect searchers with the most relevant content.
A graduate in web development, Henna previously worked for an automotive software company. She thrives in a dynamic environment and loves how SEO is always evolving.
PR and Content Manager
Nicole was an intern at WPR while still at university, gaining valuable experience working with a range of clients before permanently joining the consumer PR team as a graduate in 2019.
Rapidly progressing to PR and Content Manager, Nicole has developed productive relationships with a number of national and regional journalists that are second to none, frequently resulting in hundreds of pieces of coverage from a single release. She has delivered national and regional campaigns, achieving coverage in titles including The Guardian, The Telegraph and Metro, and securing broadcast opportunities with the likes of ITV and the BBC.
At WPR, Nicole’s consumer portfolio includes a variety of clients with nationwide outlets, such as Care UK and Redrow.
Chloe joined WPR in 2022, bringing significant experience across both B2B and consumer PR. Her previous agency roles saw her working with an impressive roster of clients spanning the care, education, lifestyle, manufacturing and construction sectors.
Whether it’s supporting clients, collaborating with colleagues or reaching out to her little black book of media contacts, Chloe’s natural ability to build valuable and lasting relationships makes her an asset to both her colleagues and clients.

Media Relations Manager
Gideon joined WPR in September 2019 after graduating from the University of Birmingham with a degree in French, Spanish and German and has since become a media relations specialist.
An expert in energy policy, retail industry and the built environment, he creates compelling news stories relevant to national, broadcast and trade media, and has contributed to countless successful B2B and corporate campaigns. Working with colleagues across the agency’s various disciplines, Gideon brings his PR and media insight to shape integrated media campaigns.
From boilers and electrical systems, to jewellery, cameras and industrial scale printers, his experience spans B2B and B2C and has seen him work with clients including Baxi, Legrand, Beaverbrooks, Fujifilm, the Energy and Utilities Alliance, SF Recruitment and Norbar Torque.
Social Media Manager
Holly joined WPR in 2022, with experience of managing social accounts within the arts and fashion industries and a proven track-record of implementing organic social strategies that hit business objectives and clearly communicate brand identity.
Hot on platform updates and algorithm changes, Holly enjoys thinking of new, creative ways for brands to utilise social media, ensuring their content is optimised for each channel.
At WPR, Holly works across a range of consumer accounts — including Greene King, Benchmarx and Calthorpe Estates — bringing fresh ideas to her clients’ accounts and embracing the varied nature of agency life.
Ellie joined the WPR design team in July 2019 following four years’ design experience in agency environments. Ellie graduated with a BA Hons in Illustration and combines this knowledge with her exceptional photography skills to create standout assets for a number of B2B and B2C brands.
Krisztián joined the WPR design team in 2021 with over seven years of experience in graphic design. Having previously worked for a leading advertising agency, his expertise spans web and motion design having worked with major national and international brands. Originally from Budapest, Krisztián moved to the UK to pursue his career ambitions and loves working with a wide variety of clients across consumer and B2B.
With an interest in finding the best ways to communicate through design solutions, Krisztián is passionate about innovating by using new tools and techniques to enhance and improve clients’ design output.
Senior PR Executive
Georgie’s specialism is crafting content for technical clients, working across HVAC, food and packaging, building products and manufacturing. Her established media relations have led to national coverage for her clients with the likes of The Guardian and BBC Radio 4.
Before joining WPR, Georgie worked within the fire and security sector doing all things PR, marketing and social media. Since then, she has built a portfolio of clients including Lloyd’s Register, the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering, REHAU, and Birmingham Law Society. Outside of WPR, Georgie spends her time painting animal portraits.
Senior Social Media Executive
Carla joined WPR in August 2019, after graduating from the University of Birmingham with a degree in English Literature with Creative Writing. Having gained experience working for a local press office, Carla was keen to transfer these skills into a faster-paced PR environment.
Working within the B2B team, Carla enjoys delivering impressive results for her clients and learning something new every day from her peers.
Senior PR and Content Executive
Phoebe graduated from Birmingham City University in 2019 with a first-class honours degree in Marketing, Advertising and PR. Having gained valuable experience in social media and communications in the healthcare sector, Phoebe joined WPR in 2022.
Working on the B2C team, Phoebe enjoys writing about new trends and finding inspiration to write engaging content across a range of accounts including Benchmarx Kitchens, Wilsonart and Oumph!
Senior PR Executive
Sam joined WPR in May 2021, following a career in education teaching English and Media. Always intrigued by the fast pace and changing nature of the media landscape, Sam decided to swap the classroom for agency life and be part of the industry he has long taught about. Sam’s creativity sees him working on a variety of consumer accounts, including Volvo Car UK, Redrow Homes, Benchmarx and Care UK.
With a degree in English Literature, a first-class Masters in PR, and years of experience marking students’ homework, Sam has a keen eye for detail and excels at writing engaging copy and a witty pun for his clients.
Senior PR Executive
Georgia joined WPR after graduating from Birmingham City University with a first-class honours degree in Media and Communications.
As well as being an enthusiastic and motivated PR executive, Georgia is very much a people person who loves to collaborate and get creative. She’s always trend-spotting and looking for inspiration to produce compelling, relevant and engaging content, and thrives within the fast-paced agency environment where every day is different.
Above all, Georgia loves the vibrancy of the industry, which continues to innovate in an ever-changing climate.
Joe joined the WPR team in March 2021 after graduating from the University of Bristol with a degree in Music. Drawing on his experience as a freelance writer, Joe excels at creating snappy and engaging copy for his clients, which spans a number of technically demanding industries.
As a highly driven individual with a thirst for knowledge, Joe is thriving at WPR, where no two days are the same.
Xavier graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in English Literature in 2020. His love of language encouraged him to seek a career that would allow him to put his writing skills to the test.
Following an internship with WPR in early 2021, he joined the team permanently and supports a wide range of B2B clients with his copywriting skills. Xavier’s ability to turn technical subjects into compelling content makes him an asset to the team.
Social Media Executive
Tom joined the WPR team in 2021 having completed a BA in English and American Literature and an MA in News Journalism.
Working on the B2B social team, Tom specialises in analysing and reporting on social campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook for clients such as FANUC, QED and Baxi Assure.
Social Media Executive
Heléna joined WPR in 2022 to work on the social team, having graduated from Nottingham Trent in 2020 with a first-class honours degree in Fashion Communication and Promotion.
After graduating, Helena gained social media marketing and PR experience in the hospitality sector, with a particular focus on bar and restaurant openings in Birmingham. She’s a real people person who loves building effective relationships with colleagues and clients, developing creative campaigns which produce tangible results.
Jess joined WPR’s design team in 2021, having gained 12 months of industry experience after graduating with a degree in Graphic Communication in 2020. She is a multidisciplinary creative with a varied portfolio and was named one of D&AD’s ‘Ones to Watch’ in 2020.
Jess’s passion for creative advertising is applied intelligently to help clients’ brands shine through carefully considered campaigns and innovative design techniques.
Social Media Analyst
Jewel joined WPR as a graduate social media analyst in 2021, having graduated from Birmingham City University with a first-class honours degree in media and communications in 2020.
After leaving university, Jewel gained useful experience interning with an in-house marketing team but she had developed a taste for the fast pace of agency life during work experience at WPR. With a real passion for all things social media, Jewel is an enthusiastic, capable communicator who delivers creative, innovative ideas for her clients.
Lily graduated from the University of Bristol in June 2021 with a 2:1 Honours Degree in Ancient History. Alongside her degree, she had completed a marketing internship and held the position of social media assistant for Bristol SU. Having got the bug for working in PR and marketing, Lily joined WPR and hit the ground running. Within her first month on the consumer team, she secured national coverage for one of her clients in the Daily Express, Metro and on ITV, as well as across many other regional titles.
Lily enjoys the fact that no two days are alike at WPR and works on a variety of consumer accounts including Greene King, Care UK, Redrow Homes and Fry’s Family Food Co.
After completing her degree in Communications and Public Relations at the University of Lincoln, Caitlin joined the WPR B2B team in 2021 as graduate PR executive.
Having previously worked with an assortment of clients through the University of Lincoln’s student-run PR agency, Caitlin arrived with a raft practical skills, plus new ideas to apply to her work for WPR clients, and quickly made her mark on the team.
PR and Content Executive
Joe joined WPR in 2022. While studying for his Creative Writing with English degree, for which he was awarded a first, Joe’s work regularly appeared in the Birmingham City University anthology.
After graduation, Joe taught English as a foreign language for three years before returning to education to complete his master’s in Creative Writing at the University of Birmingham, where he received a distinction.
As part of the B2B team at WPR, Joe works with a number of clients including LeGrand, GoodWe and Baxi.
Junior PR Executive
Simrit joined WPR in 2021 after receiving a First for her MA in Translation Studies at University of Birmingham. Prior to her MA, Simrit completed a degree in French and Spanish from University of Bristol, which saw her work and study in France and Argentina.
While studying for her MA, a marketing internship at a local charity sparked Simrit’s love of crafting compelling copy and opened her eyes to the potential of a career in the dynamic PR and communications industry. Following work experience at WPR, she impressed the team with her talent and passion, so much so that she was swiftly offered a permanent role. Simrit now works across a variety of teams, supporting on B2B and consumer clients.
Mel joined WPR more than 20 years ago and has been WPR’s HR manager since 2012.
In addition to being CIPD Level 3 qualified, Mel is a trained first aider and mental health first aider. The first port of call for all recruitment enquiries, she liaises with agencies and universities on a regular basis and, once applicants become a part of the WPR team, Mel is responsible for integrating them into the business with a comprehensive induction process, regularly checking in on their progress.
Working behind the scenes, Mel is also responsible for ensuring WPR is health and safety compliant, managing the safe running and maintenance of the fabulous period building that we are proud to call the WPR office.
Sally holds the notable distinction of being WPR’s first ever employee, originally working as PA to WPR’s founder Julia Willoughby. Over the subsequent three decades, Sally has been an integral member of WPR’s support team, overseeing the administrative organisation of the agency for many years.
In her current role, Sally works on the marketing team with a remit that spans everything from maintaining the company website and designing new case studies, to creating WPR’s newsletter, managing the database and developing award entries. Her creative eye and meticulous attention to detail make her a valuable member of the team.
Nic has worked at WPR for 12 years. She is responsible for the smooth running of the sales ledger, client billing and cash flow. She holds responsibility for supporting Don, the finance and operations director, and liaising with team members on the requirements of the company’s financial processes.
Her experience and knowledge have been gained through working in a variety of sectors, including service, legal, engineering and manufacturing, and she is fully AAT qualified. Nic also enjoys assisting on the WPR charity committee and being creative with fun charity activities.
Employee Wellbeing and Client Care Lead
Jayne leads our employee wellbeing programme, ensuring our Thrive and mental health first aid activities are industry leading. Her friendly personality and passion for all things relating to health and wellbeing make her ideally suited to her role and she is genuinely committed to supporting our team.
As the head of WPR’s Thrive committee, Jayne organises a raft of initiatives with the team’s mental health in mind and arranges a varied programme of events. Jayne is also a first aider, mental health first aider and fire warden. She has been on numerous charity committees, working with others to raise money for causes close to WPR’s heart and is currently working with the Ladywood Community Project.
When she’s not looking after us, Jayne also plays a key role with our clients, helping ensure their experience with WPR is a memorable one.
Receptionist / PR Assistant
Amrit joined WPR in 2021 as a graduate from De Montfort University where she studied Contour Fashion Communications. Her enthusiastic approach and passion for communications has seen Amrit’s position evolve into a hybrid receptionist / PR role.
As well as ensuring a warm welcome for anyone visiting or contacting the office, and providing a seamless line of communication between clients and account handlers, Amrit provides support across the consumer and B2B teams.
