B2B Team Strengthens Its Portfolio With Two New Wins

WPR’s B2B team has further strengthened its portfolio with two new client wins, following its appointment by legal professionals’ association Birmingham Law Society and Edinburgh-based manufacturer of a revolutionary conical rotary compressor (CRC) Vert Technologies.

Thanks to the team’s legal expertise, WPR was appointed by the Birmingham Law Society to raise the profile of the organisation and to promote two of its key objectives: access to justice and respect for the rule of law. In addition, WPR will be helping the society give a voice to its members by securing media opportunities for comment on current legal issues.

The B2B team will also be leveraging its expertise in manufacturing, with clients including Yamazaki Mazak, FANUC, REHAU and Baxi Heating, to support another new name, Vert Technologies. The WPR team will be raising the company’s profile in key sectors, including HVAC, refrigeration and the telecoms industry, and will also be supporting the senior management team as the company embarks on its fifth-stage funding round.

Tom Leatherbarrow, director of B2B at WPR, said: “We are very pleased to have been appointed by two very different organisations. Our team’s legal expertise, along with our strong media relations ability, will quickly raise the profile of the Birmingham Law Society, giving it a platform to comment on some of the most pressing legal issues we face as a society. This is particularly important now considering the impact Covid-19 has had on the legal sector and the ability of people to access the legal system.

“Vert Technologies will complement our range of manufacturers well, allowing us to leverage our strong connections in key industries and raise the company’s profile. The CRC is a revolutionary technology still in its infancy, but it is attracting great interest from OEMs, end users and the investment community.”
