WPR Shortlisted as A Workplace Champion for 2026
The PRCA Workplace Champions finalists for 2026 have been revealed and WPR is shortlisted for the large agency award.
The PRCA Workplace Champions Awards highlight PR agencies and in-house teams in the UK that commit to creating positive, inclusive working environments. They also seek to identify businesses that practice what they preach and lead by example to deliver equal opportunities.
As well as being in the running for the large agency award, WPR has been named as a finalist in three specialist categories recognising agencies that champion ‘employee value’, ‘training and development’, and ‘positive impact’.
Jane Ainsworth, managing director, said: “Our agency thrives when our team thrives. So we work hard to shape a culture that prioritises wellbeing, flexibility, training and inclusivity, ensuring our team flourishes professionally and personally.
“This isn’t about box ticking: it is about doing what is right for our team, for our wider industry, our local community, and our planet.”
The organisations named Workplace Champions are those that can demonstrate their commitment to ensuring their team feels heard, valued and respected. WPR won the large agency title in 2023 and was highly commended in 2025.
