Three PRCA Workplace Champions trophies 2026

PRCA Names WPR a Leading Workplace Champion

WPR has won the large agency award at the PRCA Workplace Champions Awards 2026.

As well as taking this overall award, WPR also won two specialist categories for ‘best employee value’ and ‘best training and development’.

Rebecca Williams, director of people and planning, said: “Our focus has always been on creating an environment where people feel supported, included and able to be themselves. That means we put real thought into how we attract and recruit talent, how we nurture it, and how we give people the flexibility and development they need at different stages of their careers.

“When people feel valued and invested in, they grow in confidence and capability and do their best work – and that benefits everyone. It’s the right thing to do for our team, and it strengthens us as an agency by helping us build a motivated, diverse and high performing workforce.”

The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) is the world’s leading professional body for professionals in public relations, communications, and public affairs. The PRCA Workplace Champions Awards shine a spotlight on the PR agencies and in-house teams going the extra mile to create positive, inclusive working environments.

The awards come hot on the heels of WPR’s success at the CIPR Midlands Awards where the Birmingham based PR agency won gold for large agency of the year, as well as winning four gold and one silver award for campaigns.
