In particular, WPR was tasked with raising the profile of Greene King’s wedding packages.
Knowing the wedding industry had experienced significant disruption during the pandemic, we commissioned research to uncover couples’ priorities for their post-pandemic wedding planning.
Exploring changes in attitudes, we found many couples were opting for smaller-scale, intimate events despite restrictions lifting. We linked the desire to be surrounded by only their nearest and dearest to the suitability of cosier venues such as pubs and inns.
A national PR campaign led with the research insights and incorporated the messaging that Greene King Inns offers plenty of places to tie the knot.
