The Challenge

To support Hollywood Bowl and Puttstars with organic content creation to increase reach, engagement, video views and community growth.

In addition, we were asked to build brand personality and highlight key messages, identifying any gaps in current performance and optimising channel outputs.

The Idea

We began by conducting a full social media audit, reviewing performance in the context of the broader social media and competitor landscape.  

Having identified a number of opportunities for improvement, we revamped the brands’ social output using insight and data to design platform-native, trend-led content targeted to specific audience behaviours.

The Results

Within just one month of our social content going live, we had delivered significant uplifts on organic-only content:
