To provide Greene King with a higher flow of quality candidates for a range of job roles, primarily general manager, assistant manager and kitchen manager.
As part of this, we were tasked with driving traffic to jobs.greeneking.co.uk where candidates can submit online applications.
With more than 80% of Greene King employees aged 28 and under, we recognised an immediate need to connect with the target audience on social, Facebook especially, and stand out from the competition with thumbstoppable, video-first creative.
Content also needed to better focus on the benefits of working at Greene King, explained via case studies and testimonials, and had to be supported by an always-on and reactive paid media strategy.
