The Challenge

To deliver a bespoke social media workshop that would help the client turn impressions into action, equipping the team with the tools to create high-performing content.

The main goal was ensuring the attendees left the workshop with a clear understanding of how to maximise reach and engagement across organic channels. Our brief also included upskilling the team on social media best practice, Meta paid tools, and content creation tips.

The Idea

We began by completing an audit of key channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X), looking at overall performance and trend analysis to understand the current situation.

This informed our tailored recommendations, allowing us to spot similarities across platforms, and identify quick wins and longer-term strategies which we could incorporate into the workshop. It enabled us to make data-backed recommendations to develop the ICB’s social media strategy.

Armed with this insight, we created a bespoke presentation, including an introduction to social media channels and algorithms, broader best practice, and an introduction to running Meta ads.

The session was delivered by a WPR specialist trainer in-person for maximum impact and engagement.

The Results

In just one month following the workshop, the client has implemented actions from the training, resulting in performance improvements across key channels:

  • +11% overall engagement
