The Challenge
To increase visibility of Secure Trust Bank’s Real Estate Finance division and reinforce its position as a relationship‑led lender within the specialist property finance market, driving stronger awareness and engagement across digital channels.
The Idea
Initially briefed to strengthen the division’s press office, we identified the need to optimise the Real Estate Finance section of the website so PR and social activity could drive search visibility and inbound traffic.
We created new, fully keyword‑optimised landing pages for each property finance product and introduced a dedicated news and insights hub to showcase standout deals and position the team as property finance experts.
Our proactive press office and targeted social media activity then amplified these insights across key broker, investor and developer audiences, significantly increasing media coverage, brand visibility, engagement and traffic to the bank’s Real Estate Finance content.
The Results
Results proved an increase in brand visibility and website traffic:
- 114 annual media hits (+142% increase on previous annual average)
- 42% of the coverage included links to the Secure Trust Bank website
- 92% of all coverage included at least one of the bank’s key messages
- 313% increase in organic search impressions
- 99% increase in organic search website visitors
- 109% increase in new users visiting the website
The results coincided with record new lending for the bank’s Real Estate Finance division in 2025 and outperformance of the broader market with 9.4% portfolio growth.
