To increase visitor numbers to Sudeley Castle, securing its future as a family home.
We played to the castle’s strengths, rebranding it as Sudeley Castle & Gardens and making more of the attraction’s setting in the heart of the Cotswolds. The location was put at the forefront of all marketing collateral; we moved the website to an ecommerce platform and supported the rebrand with a hardworking PR, social media, display advertising and PPC programme.
- 2016 visits were up 35% on 2012 numbers, and far in excess of target
- Easter 2017 was particularly successful, with visitor numbers double those of 2012
- The revenue from holiday cottages has almost trebled, and the income from events has more than doubled
