Bosch Rexroth: What You Don’t Repair, You Destroy

The Challenge

To generate a significant number of leads from blue-chip companies for Bosch Rexroth’s maintenance services.

 

The Idea

It was clear to us that we needed to present British industry with evidence of the impact of maintenance on productivity, forcing industry to reassess its maintenance practices and budgets. The centrepiece of the campaign was a ‘What You Don’t Repair, You Destroy’ report, which polled 300 engineers across UK industry about maintenance practices, in partnership with the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) – the first time that the IET had agreed to allow its members to be polled in this way.

 

The Results

  • The report was hosted on both the IET and the Bosch Rexroth websites, with full data capture, and traffic driven to a Rexroth dedicated landing page via social media, chiefly LinkedIn
  • We secured 214 report downloads from the IET website, with full data capture
  • There were a further 300+ downloads from the Bosch Rexroth UK website
  • Leads came from C-suite decision-makers at blue-chip companies including ABB, BMW, Babcock, National Grid, Rolls-Royce, Alstom, Astra Zeneca and Tata Steel
