To create reasons for women to visit a hair salon, chiefly a Regis one.
We conducted research which indicated ‘lack of time’ as a common barrier for women not visiting a salon. It also revealed that 82% of women wished they could see their friends more often.
Armed with the findings, we developed ‘Friend-snips’, the UK’s first dual-appointment service – offering busy women the chance to spend time in a salon while catching up with a friend over a glass of prosecco.
